Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Undergarments (if applicable)

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
